Copyright and DMCA Policy

TheTVApp respects intellectual property rights. This page explains how copyright owners or authorized representatives can submit a notice concerning material available through TheTVApp.tube.

Copyright Notices

A copyright notice should identify the material clearly enough to allow it to be located and reviewed. Incomplete notices can delay evaluation.

Information to Include in a Notice

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list when multiple works are involved.
• The exact URL or other information sufficient to locate the material being reported.
• Your name and contact information, including an email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Review of Notices

A sufficiently detailed notice will be reviewed in relation to the material identified. TheTVApp may request clarification when necessary to identify the content or understand the claim.

Counter-Notification

If material is removed or restricted as the result of a copyright notice and you believe the action was based on mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification where applicable law provides that process.

A counter-notification should identify the affected material, explain the basis for the request, provide contact information, include the statements required by applicable law and contain a physical or electronic signature.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting false copyright claims or false counter-notifications can have legal consequences. Notices should be submitted only when the sender has a legitimate basis for the request.

Third-Party Trademarks

Channel names, league names, program titles, logos and other third-party marks referenced on TheTVApp belong to their respective owners. Reference to a mark for identification or description does not transfer ownership of that mark.
