Accessibility Statement

TheTVApp aims to make its website usable by as many visitors as reasonably possible across different devices, screen sizes and input methods.

Accessibility Approach

The theme is designed around semantic page structure, responsive layouts, readable contrast, scalable text and standard browser controls rather than requiring a proprietary interface for basic navigation.

Measures Used on the Website

  • Semantic heading levels for page structure.
  • Text links with meaningful labels.
  • Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile screens.
  • Keyboard accessible navigation and disclosure elements where supported by the browser.
  • Visible focus behavior for interactive controls.
  • Dark text on a white background for strong contrast.
  • Native HTML details elements for FAQ sections.
  • Responsive tables that can be viewed on smaller screens.
  • Reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer less animation.

Video and Third-Party Content

Accessibility of a live video player, television program, third-party stream, caption track or external website can depend on the provider of that content. TheTVApp theme cannot control every accessibility feature inside externally supplied media.

Known Limitations

Some older Smart TV browsers provide limited support for modern web standards, keyboard navigation or media controls. Device-specific limitations may affect the experience even when the same page works normally on a current phone or computer.

Zoom and Text Size

Visitors can use browser zoom and operating-system text settings. The responsive layout is designed to adapt without requiring a fixed desktop width.

Report an Accessibility Problem

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, send the page URL, device or assistive technology being used, and a description of the problem through the Contact page or to admin@thetvapp.tube.

Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Feedback may be used to improve navigation, content structure, contrast, controls or other parts of the site when a practical improvement is identified.
